Garam Masala
The Garam Masala is a Ganju family secret recipe straight from our ancestral Kashmiri home, to your kitchen. Whole spices are ground fresh for a deeply aromatic masala added as a finishing touch to a simple yellow channa dal, gobi sabji and certain lamb curries. Clove and nutmeg are pungent heat. Cardamom—green and black—bring complexity. Earthy cumin and sweet fennel are a familiar hand.
Our Garam Masala is gluten free.
These masala blends are hand blended and bottled in Margaret River.
One 80 gram bottle contains up to 20 serves, recipe dependent.
Our Garam Masala uses no stabilisers.
